UNO to Host Aging With Passion and Purpose Oct. 21-22
Omaha - The University of Nebraska at Omaha (UNO) Program for Women and Successful Aging will host "Aging with Passion and Purpose, A Conference on Aging" on Sunday and Monday, Oct. 21-22, on the UNO campus.
Keynote speakers for the event will include Dr. Ann Basting from the TimeSlips Project and Dr. Gene Cohen, director of the National Center on Aging, Health and Humanities. The conference is sponsored by The Center for Healthy Aging, Ministries, Programs and Services (CHAMPS), the UNO School of Social Work, the UNO Department of Gerontology and PWSA.
