UNO ROTC to Hold 44th Annual Drill Meet on Sunday

Omaha - The University of Nebraska at Omaha's (UNO) Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) Detachment 470 will hold its 44th Annual Drill Meet on Sunday, Feb. 25.  The event will involve 14 high schools from  Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas and Missouri.

More than 420 high school ROTC cadets will participate and more than 2,000 spectators are expected.  The event will be held at UNO’s Sapp Fieldhouse and in the nearby Health, Physical Education, and Recreation (HPER) Building.  Competition starts at 9 a.m.; awards will be given at 5 p.m.  The event is free and open to the public.
