UNO to Host Community Meeting on Nebraska's Behavioral Health Reform April 28
Omaha – The University of Nebraska at Omaha (UNO) School of Social Work and its Macro Community Advisory Committee will host a community forum on the status of behavioral health reform in Nebraska Thursday, April 28. The event will be held from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at the W.H. Thompson Alumni Center on the UNO campus.
The guest speaker is Ronald Sorensen, behavioral health administrator for the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services. Sorensen's remarks will be followed by a structured question-and-answer session hosted by A' Jamal-Rashad Byndon, senior director for public policy with Catholic Charities.
