Two Summer Blackboard Training Workshops
Join the Academic Partnership for Instruction (API), a division of Information Services, on Friday, May 16, from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. to learn how to automate your Blackboard course so that the system does the work for you. We will discuss ways to organize course materials and use Date / Time Restrictions to release information to your students. To streamline the course management process, we will also explore using rubrics attached to Discussion Forums and Assignments.
The Blackboard Course Collaboration classrom is from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. During this session we will explore options for the set up and use of Discussion Forums, Blogs, Wikis, and Journals to foster collaboration in your course.
Prior experience with Blackboard is encouraged.
