Getting Help

The Help tab on the tool bar at the top of each screen links users to help documents. This Help tab is available both prior to log in and while you are using the ePortfolio. Help documents include:

  • A printable Handbook
  • A Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) web page
  • An Annual Review Quick Path Guide
  • A Feedback form to be used to send questions or report problems
  • ITS contact information

In addition to online assistance, those using the system can contact ITS Customer Services at 554-HELP (4357) or unohelpdesk@mail.unomaha.edu.
