An attachment is a data file linked to an entry for the purpose of providing further documentation/explanation or evidence of proficiency.
Adding an attachment to an existing entry
A file or attachment (up to 20MB) can be added to any entry. All types of files are acceptable.
- From the Entries screen, locate the entry and click on the title to open it.
- Click the Attachments Create button at the bottom of the screen.
- Click the Browse button and locate the file.
- Click Open to select the file.
- Click Upload.
- The Entry Summary screen displays with the file name appearing at the bottom.
