Acknowledging Feedback

In accordance with university policies and/or contracts faculty are required to acknowledge feedback related to Annual Review and RPT.

Accessing feedback

Once feedback is sent back to the owner, their Lotus Notes inbox will display an email indicating feedback is complete. This email includes a link to myMAPP/faculty. The owner’s myMAPP/faculty Message screen will display a message that the reviewer has sent feedback.

  1. Click on the title of the view in the message.
  2. A view will be displayed with a Feedback tab indicating the number of feedback entries.
  3. Click on the Feedback tab.
  4. Feedback will be displayed.

Acknowledging the feedback

  1. After reading the feedback, click on the You have not acknowledged this feedback box.
  2. The Acknowledge Feedback screen is displayed with information related to the Regents By-Laws for Annual Review.
  3. Click the Confirm button on the screen. A screen verifying receipt of your acknowledgement is displayed.
