Overview

Campus ePortfolio is an integrated view of the UNO strategic plan and indicators chosen to demonstrate progress towards goals and objectives.  This site is a central reference for the University of Nebraska at Omaha.  Also integrated into the view is the University of Nebraska’s Strategic Framework that sets priorities for the campuses and establishes desired outcomes. 

The UNO Strategic Plan document may be found at the link “UNO Strategic Plan”.  An alphabetical list of indicators incorporated into the integrated campus eportfolio and may be viewed at “View All Indicators”.  The NU Strategic Framework document is at the Central Administration website link “NU Strategic Framework”.

The site is simple to navigate.  The three overarching strategic goals, student focus, academic excellence, and community engagement, are activated by clicking on them at the top.  Subgoals are represented as ovals and objectives for each subgoal are listed in the blue box.  Objectives will change as you navigate through subgoals.  Subgoal indicators with brief narratives are found in the drop-down box. 

First review the narrative in italics by subgoal.  Peruse objectives under the subgoal and then proceed to the indicators for further related information. 

The narrative at the bottom of the blue box describes the NU Strategic Framework relationship to the campus goal, the subgoals and objectives, and the indicators.

A work in progress, this is a third generation portfolio.  It is the collective work of individuals, departments, colleges, and administrative units across the campus. Valued input from numerous community/outreach partners and supporters is incorporated.

Our purpose is to provide the reader, within a few minutes time, with an understanding of the UNO campus and a sense of the future that is unfolding.
