Wendy Eaton

An active performer, Ms. Eaton has appeared locally as a soloist with many area arts organizations including the Omaha Symphony Chamber Orchestra, Heartland Opera Theatre, the Heartland Philharmonic, the Omaha Municipal Orchestra, the Omaha Chamber Music Society and at the Concerts at the Castle, which are held the historic Joslyn Castle..

Equally at home in concert and on stage, Ms. Eaton has performed featured roles in numerous operas and musicals including Amahl and the Night Visitors, The Long Christmas Dinner, Dido and Aeneas, Suor Angelica, A Little Night Music, The King and I, Babes in Toyland, and Suessical the Musical. Eaton also appears regularly with the nationally recognized Rose Theatre, the third largest childrens' theatre in the United States.

Eaton is a member of the National Association of Teachers of Singing (NATS) and had had many university and high school students place and win in the Nebraska State NATS competitions. She is also a member of the Nebraska Arts Council Touring Program. She holds a Bachelor of Music degree in voice performance from Florida State University and a Master of Music degree in voice performance and choral conducting from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
