UNO Vocal Jazz
The UNO Vocal Jazz Ensemble, All in Good Time, is an auditioned choir of 8-12 music majors and non-music majors, and performs a wide variety of literature each year. The ensemble focuses on building musicianship and independence through improvisation and executing stylishly authentic performance practices and jazz concepts. The UNO Vocal Jazz Ensemble was created in 2001 in its current format, and is directed by Kimberly Lomax. The group travels to perform at festivals, participates in various vocal jazz workshops, and performs two or more concerts per semester as well as the Star-Spangled Banner at various UNO sporting events.
