Replace Your MavCARD
The cardholder is responsible for immediately reporting a lost or stolen card. Reports must be made either in person in the MavCARD Services office or by phone: 402.554.2220. You can also log onto MavCARD Online & report your card lost, putting a hold on the card so no one else can use it. You can also use the MavCARD Mobile app to report your card lost or stolen.
Please do not punch holes in your card as this will ruin it and they will no longer work. The University is not responsible for the use of a lost or stolen card. Once the card is reported lost or stolen, we will deactivate your card so it can no longer be used.
Once a card has been replaced due to loss or theft, it cannot be reactivated should it be found at a later date. The replacement fee for lost or stolen cards is $10.00. If the card is damaged due to normal wear and tear and the card is brought into our office for a replacement, we will issue a new MavCARD at no cost.
