MET Link: Metropolitan English Teachers Link

 K-8 Literacy Conference

Like our annual fall conference for Secondary English and Language Arts educators, MET Link offers a K-8 Literacy Conference; this conference caters to the literacy professional development needs of K-8 educators. Our conferences feature a keynote speaker, breakout workshops sessions, networking opportunities and access to book vendors on site. Our goal is to introduce new and innovative teaching strategies as well as provide time for networking and community building among educators across the region. Participants will come away with resources and materials to help them continue to do their important work and will walk away feeling refreshed and energized.

Join us on Saturday, April 20, 2013 from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the UNO Thompson Alumni Center. Our 2013 Keynote Speaker is Ralph Fletcher! For more information contact:
