Hockey Under A Night Sky

The UNO Maverick hockey team traveled to the great outdoors at TD Ameritrade Park to play North Dakota in the Mutual of Omaha 'Battles on Ice' on Saturday, Feb. 9. The game was delayed as the playing surface thawed a bit from the warm afternoon and a brief shower chased fans to the concourse, but the game continued into the night. Unfortunately, the Mavs lost by a score of 5-2.
