Celebration at the Sapp

Almost 2,000 were in attendance Wednesday (Feb. 15) night for the last men's basketball game to be played in UNO's Sapp Fieldhouse. The men's program will move to the new Ralston Sports and Events Arena next fall. Wednesday's game also was Alumni Night with former players and coaches honored throughout the game. The Mavericks defeated the University of Nebraska-Kearney 85-68 with UNO's Alex Welhouse scoring 24 points.
