Kids and Athletes Enjoy First Mav Fest 2009

A family-oriented athletic open house attracted several hundred participants Sunday, August 23, to UNO's first Mav Fest. The event brought together student-athletes and the general public to UNO's Al Canigila Field. Mav Fest 2009 included a sumo wrestling event matching UNO's Chancellor John Christensen and Director of Athletics Trev Alberts against athletes and the public.
