Campus focus shifted Thursday, October 9 to groundbreaking ceremonies for the Health, Physical Education and Recreation Building's expansion project. The $38.6 million project will increase HPER's space from 150,000 square feet to 240,000 square feet. Completion is expected by the fall of 2010. Several blocks to the west, dedication ceremonies were held for UNO's newest on-campus housing....Maverick Village. The facility provides 400 new student housing beds on the southwest corner of the UNO campus.
