Confidential HRA Wellness Assessment at Your Fingertips
BJ Reed, College of Public Affairs and Community Service dean, fills out his Health Risk Assessment (HRA), which is a valuable educational tool designed to help faculty and staff learn important information about your current health status and how to improve it. Survey questions will include health-related information such as blood pressure and cholesterol/ blood sugar. Dean Reed and other Mav-Rec Wellness Advisory Committee members encourage you to 'know your numbers' and have them available while you complete the survey. Those who participate will receive a Personal Health Report and enhanced wellness and preventive benefits from Blue Cross Blue Shield. The HRA is confidential and only aggregate results will be reported to the university for developing programs and activities aimed at improving the overall health status of UNO employees. The survey takes approximately 15-20 minutes and runs through Friday, Dec. 3.
