Chris Russell, director of Google's Council Bluffs Data Center, spoke at the kickoff event for Computer Science Education Week on Dec. 7. During his presentation, he gave away a Flip video camera. Computer Science Week concludes Friday with the High School Challenge Computer Science Bowl.
