Ann Pellegrini is Associate Professor of Women's Studies at Barnard College, Columbia University, in New York.
She is the author of Performance Anxieties: Staging Psychoanalysis, Staging Race (Routledge, 1997) and has contributed essays to numerous anthologies in lesbian and gay studies and in Jewish cultural studies. She is currently co-editing an anthology titled Queer Theory and the Jewish Question.
She is on the Board of
Directors of the Center for Lesbian and Gay studies at
the City University of New York.
