Heather Clements

Heather Ann Clements is a professor of systematic theology at Azusa Pacific University in Azusa, California, where she has taught for ten years.

She received her Ph.D. in Philosophy of Religion and Theology from the Claremont Graduate University and is the author of Women, Music and Faith in Central Appalachia (Edwin Mellen, 2001) as well as several book chapters, journal articles and encyclopedia entries.

Her areas of study are contemporary theologies, particularly theologies of liberation, peace studies, and interactions between theology and popular culture.
