Mission

GOALS

In order to achieve the mission of EEO and the campus, the following goals have been identified.

To advance institutional access, excellence and diversity.
To recruit and retain greater numbers of diverse faculty, staff, and students in which they can succeed and reach their fullest potential.
To foster an understanding of the urban intercultural and international community that is representative of a metropolitan campus.
To foster cultural competence across the campus community through diversity education.
To enrich the metropolitan campus environment through outreach and service, and to partner with diverse communities.
