The University of Nebraska offers a comprehensive package of employee benefits. The NU Flex employee benefit package includes medical, dental, vision, employee life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment, long-term disability, spouse life insurance, child life insurance, health care reimbursement account, dependent care reimbursement account, and long term care insurance for benefit eligible employees. In addition, the University offers a basic retirement plan that is matched by the University as well as a supplemental retirement plan and a deferred compensation- plan. Eligible employees accrue vacation, sick leave and paid holidays according to the leave schedule.

    AAA offers Faculty and Staff a discount on their annual membership rates. You can save on the first year dues as well as on renewal dues. To take advantage of this discount, please contact the AAA Group Membership Office (1-800-222-6327) and ask for Group Membership Sales.     By clicking on the link, UNO Employees are able to register online to receive a Office Depot Store Purchasing Card. This card and program will allow the user the opportunity to visit any of the over 1000 Office Depot retail locations and receive at point of purchase the special contract pricing agreement for our organization. The card should be presented at the check-out register when shopping. It can not be used when shopping on-line.
