UNO Background Check Policy Training

UNO has for over 40 years conducted some level of background check for new hires. In the past several years the number of checks has grown as we and other employers learned the importance of taking every step possible to provide a safe, secure work environment. To that end, UNO now will check all new hires rather than just those holding certain positions. Candidates must give their consent for reports to be provided to employers.
