The lab activities for this first unit of the semester have required you to view slides of endocrine glands and cells of the blood. This site offers micrographs of these slides with descriptions similar to those found on your histology supplement sheet. To fully take advantage of this review site, read your Histology Supplement Sheet for the endocrine glands as you observe the endocrinology micrographs and check your Van De Graaff text and manual and the Rust text for additional micrographs of the glands and blood cells.

You will find that the micrographs available here have limitations in color and clarity and in that they provide only one view of the tissues and cells we are studying - so - view the "real thing" as often as possible.

At the Endocrinology and Blood sites you will be able to link to additional support materials and sites that are For Your Information Only.
