To avoid future miscommunication among faculty, department/school library liaisons, and UNO Library administrators and staff, the Graduate Council encourages all parties to actively seek communication with all faculty and staff likely to be affected by decisions on how the library, as a resource, is to be made available for use. Further, the Graduate Council urges colleges to review how communications on library-related issues are distributed within and among faculty and staff.
