As a part of the ongoing effort by the University of Nebraska at Omaha to improve the use and sustainability of its diverse Omaha-area prairie preserve for education and enjoyment of future generation and area residents, the bran will be renovated to include a state-of-the-art fields lab, classroom, kitchen and library. The barn will be connected via a walkway to the silo, which will be redesigned as a lookout tower. For full press release click here.
