Planning and Space Requirements |

Our department coordinates and maintains an inventory of the net assignable space on
campus. This inventory contains such information as condition, type of usage
(classroom, laboratory, and office), departmental assignment, allowable occupancies
based on life safety and building code requirements, and credit hour production.
Building surveys and deferred maintenance schedules are maintained
and submitted with appropriate documentation as required by the state for potential
funding. Periodic dates and site surveys are conducted on a timely basis.
