2006-2007 Teaching Circles/Research Triangles Kick-Off

The Center for Faculty Development would like to announce the Teaching Circles/Research Triangles Kick-Off. The event will be held Friday, September 8 from 2:00-4:00pm in the MBSC Ballroom. The event is sponsored by the Center for Faculty Development, Graduate Studies, Office of Sponsored Programs, and Academic and Student Affairs.

The purpose of the organizational meeting is to register existing Circles/Triangles, add new members, form new Circles/Triangles, and explain the rewards/incentives available for 2006-2007 active participants.

If you have a Teaching Circle or Research Triangle that you would like to register, email facdev@unomaha.edu the TC/RT Registration and Renewal Form and making sure to include:

Name of the Teaching Circle or Research Triangle (usually 3 or more members)
Name and Department of the Facilitator
Members' Names and Departments
Brief description of your purpose

If you cannot attend the kick-off, you can still register your Teaching Circle or Research Triangle filling out this form and emailing it to facdev@unomaha.edu. Please return the form before Friday, September 22, 2006. Check the listings for 2005-2006 Teaching Circles/Research Triangles for ideas and contacts. To sign up for an existing group, contact the Center for Faculty Development to have your name added to a topic.
