UNO Website Content Management System (CMS) Vendor Campus Forums June 5 and June 7
Do you update a UNO website? If yes, this is for you.
You've seen the new pages of our website, here's your chance to learn about the two potential content management systems (CMS) that you may be using in the future to update your university website(s)! The CMS product that is selected will replace Dreamweaver, UNO's current CMS.
Students, faculty and staff are invited to attend the CMS vendor forums on Wednesday, June 5, and Friday, June 7, from 2 to 3 p.m. in Room 101 in the College of Community, Public Affairs and Community Service (CPACS). Feedback during these forums is welcome and encouraged. We will be providing a survey for those that attend.
Hannon Hill will be on campus June 5, and OmniUpdate on June 7.
These two CMS vendor candidates were selected based upon their responses to UNO's request for information (RFI), and the systems and services they offer. Ultimately, one vendor will be selected for future use by UNO.
The Website team is planning to host two walk-in computer lab sessions the week of June 10. This will give the campus additional hands-on experience with the systems.
