Student grade appeal form.

Senior Paper or Project (ENGL-4990). Meant as a capstone experience, the senior paper or project should be attempted during a senior's last or second to last semester. Students contract for ENGL-4990 in conjunction with another 4000 level course. The student should approach the instructor early in the semester to make arrangements. Please note: the English Department office will only give out a permission number to enroll in ENGL-4990 once the senior paper/project contract is filled out and submitted in the English Department Office (AS 192) with a copy of the 4000 level syllabus.
