Issue Resolution and Complaint Procedures for Prohibited Discrimination
The purpose of these procedures is to secure, at the lowest possible level, equitable solutions to the problems which may affect students, faculty, staff, administrators, visitors, or other invitees, licensees, or university volunteers who believe they have been discriminated against within the university's prohibited discrimination policy.

Ombudspersons' Office
The function of an Ombudsperson is to provide information and assistance to all members of the University community about rules, regulations, and procedures of the University, both academic and non-academic, as they relate to students, faculty, and staff concerns.  The Ombudsperson, upon request, will attempt to work informally with the concerned parties to resolve a difficulty.  Please Note: The Ombudsperson may make recommendations but has no authority to impose a solution to a problem.
