Career Information:
An area of concentration in information technology (IT) develops skills in programming, data management, and networking. Students acquire basic technology and computing skills desired by a wide variety of employers. The program will also provide the necessary knowledge to pursue an advanced degree, if desired. Information technology students may find careers in programming, software design, systems development, technical writing, web design, consulting, education, sales, network management, database administration, information centers, and business data processing.
