Biography

Lindsay Trapnell received her MFA in Film and Television Production from the USC School of Cinematic Arts and her BA from the University of Michigan with an emphasis in Screenwriting. As an independent filmmaker, she has produced, written, edited and directed both narrative and documentaries. Her film/video work has appeared in film festivals, on NET (PBS affiliate) and the White House blog. She is a recipient of the Distinguished Artist Award from the Nebraska Arts Council and she currently serves on the Education Committee at non-profit Film Streams and as a mentor for the Kent Bellows Institute.
