SELF and Strong Bones
Special Exercise for Life and Fitness (SELF) is an exercise program for those who need special accommodations when exercising. Participants include those with chronic health conditions such as diabetes, arthritis, obesity, fibromyalgia, hypertension, etc.
SELF meets on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons from 4:00-5:15pm in the HPER building.
The Strong Bones program is aimed at strengthening bone and muscle, reducing the risk of falling, and enhancing movement quality in everyday life.
Strong Bones meets on Monday and Wednesday from 11:30-12:45pm in the HPER building.
The cost for either program is $120 for 6 months and enrollment is always open!
