
English as a Second Language (K-12)
This specialization/endorsement is designed for the elementary education candidate interested in working as an ESL teacher in the K-12 school setting. An additional semester of student teaching is required to add the English as a Second Language endorsement.

Prerequisites
9 hours of college level foreign language beyond the first year.
Applies to both Elementary and Secondary Majors.
Student Teaching in an ESL Classroom is required for endorsement.
