Research / Creative Activity Interests:
I have always loved to write but, with a few disappointments, my success sometimes surprises me. The past year has been a productive one, thankfully. I have three rather significant research items on my agenda during this academic year. I have agreed to write a monthly law review of cases in the state of New York for the Education Law Association. Being a School Law reporter keeps me very busy each month. I will also serve as a guest editor for an upcoming theme issue on Leadership in the Rural Context and I will also serve as a Co-editor for a special issue of the Clearing House on School Law. My research interests include all areas of School Law but particular interest in Torts, First Amendment, Adolescent Dating Violence, Sexual predators in schools.
