Diversity Committee is an appointed committee made up of faculty/staff from the college and support areas (e.g., library). Through its various activities, the committee fosters the ideal that awareness of and respect for ethnic and cultural diversity is a critical element in maximizing human potential and that professional preparation programs are aware of and sensitive to the needs and contributions of the diverse populations they simultaneously serve and train.
