The University of Nebraska at Omaha has had a presence on Offutt Air Force Base since 1950. We continue to work on increasing undergraduate education opportunities for active duty, guard/reserve, retired military, veterans, and dependents. Our partnership with the military was a cornerstone in the creation of the Bachelor of General Studies (BGS) degree program. That's why the BGS program is a perfect fit for the military and their families.
