- Note for Offutt AFB Students Using TA: The Offutt Military Education office will not accept Air Force Tuition Assistance applications until 60 days prior to the start of the term you are registering for. All Tuition Assistance applications must be submitted by the first day of that term or they will not be processed. Additionally, students who receive an incomplete or "I" grade for their course have only 120 days from the end of the term to complete the course and submit proof of a completed grade to the Offutt Military Education office or will be required to pay back the tuition assistance funds. Special military and family member scholarships
BGS Book Scholarship Application – For all active duty military and their dependents who are in the BGS program. Recipients are notified before the start of the semester about their award and will receive a textbook voucher to use toward the purchase of textbooks at the UNO Bookstore.
Wounded Veterans Scholarship Brochure and Application – A scholarship available to veterans who meet the U.S. military's criteria for "severely wounded.” Spouses are also eligible.
Military Spouse Scholarship Application – For all non-military spouses of active duty/guard/reserve military who are in the BGS program (additional details are on the application).
