Welcome
The purpose of the Chancellor's Commission on the Status of Women (CCSW) shall be to serve as an advisory council to the chancellor and other university administrators on issues that relate to women students, faculty, and staff at the University of Nebraska at Omaha. The commission is to monitor the status of women on the UNO campus and to recommend ways of improving that status.

- Annual Award Luncheon - March 28, 2012 - The 26th annual awards luncheon is from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Milo Bail Student Center (MBSC) Ballroom. Thanks to the generosity of the Senior Vice Chancellor and the Office of Academic and Student Affairs, the ticket cost is only $5 for staff, faculty, students and the general public.
Luncheon tickets, on sale in the MBSC Business Office, can be purchased by phone at 402.554.2979 or by e-mail to ghotaling@mail.unomaha.edu through Friday, March 23. Departments can also reserve tables of eight for $40 by contacting the Business Office.
At the luncheon, CCSW will recognize the 2012 award recipients. The Outstanding Achievement, Community Service and Student Scholarship awards honor individuals and organizations for their outstanding commitment to gender equity. The CCSW Legendary Women of UNO Award will also be presented.
