Welcome to the Consortium for Crime and Justice Research (CCJR) at the University of Nebraska at Omaha’s School of Criminology and Criminal Justice. CCJR began in 2002 as the Juvenile Justice Institute (JJI) which was established to serve as the research arm for Nebraska’s juvenile justice system. In response to the need for more comprehensive criminal justice research, CCJR was established in August 2009 and CCJR became a research unit within the Consortium.
