If you have a zipped template folder, wta_xx, you're ready to get Dreamweaver properly configured. Copy the contents of your zipped folder (not the folder itself) into the folder that houses the local copy of your website (i.e. C:Documents and Settings/username/My Documents/www/). Wherever your site lives locally, you should have Dreamweaver set up to use that directory. If you have not yet done that, a brief explanation follows.

From Dreamweaver's Menu:
1. Site > Manage Sites...
2. Hit the 'new' button
3. Follow the screens under the 'advanced' tab.

Your 'site panel' in Dreamweaver should now look like this:

If you haven't already done so, be sure to set Dreamweaver's preferences. Just follow the steps on this page.
