The primary functions of Finance are to maintain financial records and systems, prepare financial statements, generate financial reports, acquire goods and services, process and review payments and revenues, coordinate and develop budget requests, monitor contracts and grants, develop and monitor operating budgets, administer the risk management program, perform internal audits, and develop improved financial procedures in all units.

Facilities Management and Planning - Center 200
The Facilities Management and Planning unit provides planning, design, and inspection of all new construction; remodeling and renovation projects; as well as maintenance, utilities, and cleaning of all existing buildings and grounds. The department is also responsible for space inventory and space management.

Milo Bail Student Center - MBSC 2nd Floor
The Student Center is the "living room" of the campus, a gathering place for the campus community and an integral part of UNO's educational environment which complements the educational experience. The Student Center is more than just a facility; it is made up of operations, services, and programs that enhance the quality of college life and help retain students at the University.

Career Exploration and Outreach - EAB 211
The Office of Career Exploration and Outreach has been created to enhance partnerships with employers, the community and alumni to assist students. These partnerships will promote the exchange and transfer of knowledge that will provide students and faculty with career development and enhanced educational experiences needed to succeed in the future. Through the development of these interactive, interdisciplinary and collaborative relationships the university increases the benefits to the constituents it serves while supporting the core values of UNO's Mission.
