ET-TELL

Et-Tell, literally "the mound," is located 2 km from the northeast coast of the Sea of Galilee. After further exploration in 1987, archaeologist Rami Arav confirmed that the site was indeed Bethsaida.

Bethsaida Biblical Archaeology welcomes charitable contributions to support ongoing excavation and study. Contributions to the project will support student and faculty travel to Bethsaida, the collection and study of artifacts, and activities to educate the public about Bethsaida and Biblical history.
