Institute registration will remain open as long as space is available.
Registration prior to May 1, 2013 is $700 per person.
There is a 25% discount ($559) for the first 50 to enroll by April 1.
If your registration is not among the first 50, you will be billed for $700.
We assume no responsibility for purchased airfare.
Cost after May 1st is $745.
Payment or Purchase Order must accompany registration.
Refunds less $50 administrative fee will be given until May 17, 2013.
If a course is cancelled, full refunds will be made to the participants.
