Camp Registration

Complete Registration

Please complete the printable Camp Registration form carefully making sure all information is filled out correctly. Since all camps are filled out on a first-come first-serve basis, your properly completed registration form will expedite the process and increase your likelihood of attending the camp(s) you want.

For your convenience, Aim for the Stars provides a number of ways to register for camp. We would like to invite you to use the online registration processor. Once you fill out the form you will be able to print out a processed form, reviewed for basic errors, and either mail or fax it into camp.

If you would like to use the registration form that was mailed out with the brochure, a printable copy of the Aim for the Stars Registration Form is available below.

Medical Form

At Aim for the Stars Summer Science and Math Camp, we require all campers attending to have a completed Medical Authorization Form for safety purposes. This form contains the important information the camp needs to provide the utmost care to your child in the event of an emergency. Please make sure you complete the form in its entirety to allow for the quickest registration process on the first day of camp. To learn more about how we keep your child safe at camp, please visit our Camp Details page.

Behavior Form

Aim for the Stars Science and Math Camp maintains a firm belief that all staff and campers will show respect for each other and the college environment. With this in mind, all campers are expected to show respect for their peers, instructors and environment. In return for this respect, they will receive an excellent camping experience and have fun.

We hope that you will discuss with your child the importance of good manners and respect for others. In the event that blatant disrespect, unkindness or vandalism is observed by an instructor or member of the staff, your child may be reminded of our statement of respect and asked to abide by it. If further disruptions occur, parents/guardians will be called immediately and notified. Hopefully, no student will be asked not to return. However, should the occurrence be repetitive and disrespectful, you may be told to pick up your child and leave for the day or possibly for the remainder of the week with no refund of camp payment.

We thank you for discussing these guidelines with your child so that there will be no such occurrences.
