Robert Azer Memorial Scholarship.

The Robert Azer Memorial Scholarship was established to honor UNOAI student Robert Azer. Rob was a senior in the Aviation-Air Transport Administration program and was entering his final semester when he passed away in May 2011.  The scholarship was established by his family to assist UNOAI students who are working towards a degree in aviation.  Applicants must meet the qualifications listed below. The deadline for applications to be submitted is Friday, February 15, 2013, at 4:30 p.m. to CPACS 120. Students meeting the following criteria shall be eligible for this scholarship:

• Candidates shall be pursing any major in the Aviation Institute, School of Public Administration, College of Public Affairs and Community Service, University of Nebraska at Omaha.
• Candidates shall have junior or senior class standing.
• Preference shall be given to candidates who have demonstrated financial need or to candidates who are paying for some or all of their own college expenses.
• All scholarship awarded hereunder may be renewed upon continued maintenance of all criteria herein by the recipient.
