Student Coop Trust Accounts

Student Coop trust accounts are checking accounts for student organizations. Money is deposited and withdrawn throught the Student Center Business Office. If your organization needs a checking account, please see the Student Center Business Office on the second floor of the Milo Bail Student Center for an application and signature card. Organizations must have a faculty/staff sponsor.

Student organizations MAY NOT conduct fund raisers, or purchase goods and/or services under the unbrella of UNO's sales tax exemption status. Nebraska sales tax must be collected and remitted to the Nebraska Department of Revenue on any qualified sale of goods or services (including those sold for fund-raising purposes); and sales tax must be paid by the organization to vendors for the purchase of qualified goods and/or services.
