American Express

Full-time faculty/staff members are eligible to apply for a corporate American Express charge card at no expense to the individual or the University. Faculty/staff who apply for this card should anticipate spending at lease $300 annually on University travel.

Each individual is responsible for all charges to the American Express Card. If you send your reimbursement for travel on a timely basis, you should have your reimbursement before you bill is due.
