Our next meeting will be Monday, November 15 at 3 pm in ASH 196. Refreshments will be served. This will be a good time to bring friends. Also, the deadline for paper submissions is approaching. We will be sending out our papers by the 20th of this month so they will arrive before the November 25th deadline.
Thank you to all those who volunteered at this year's Halloween children's book reading. It was a wonderful success! Five members from our local chapter; Sara M. Waugh, Mandi J Marcuccio, Kate Lavia, Sarah Wrobleski, and Angela L. Glover; teamed up with another organization on campus and read children's books to children cycling through three different venues. Many kids were excited to be read to and several left with hugs for the readers. Thank you again, and keep up the excellent work. See photos from the event in our gallery.
